A hot summer day º(:3)

I'm back with another update :D (by request)

I've been doing mostly New World related things the past few days. This one is the Reports from the New World quest which was quite a pain in the ass, but this quest is one of the many requirements for the Yggdrasil Dungeon instanced dungeon.

The new patch, Into the Unknown was launched a few months back. At that time, I really wanted to be the 1st one to try Yggdrasil Dungeon. The MVP there, Nidhoggur drops a garment that has a similarity to the godly item, Asprika. It's called Angent Skin here in pRO.

It took me about 2~4 days , but I finally got into the first level! The first level is a regular dungeon filled with new monsters. There are two monsters there that got my attention, the Rata and Duneyrr.

They are very similiar to MVPs for the reasons that they have 200k HP(more or less), deals damage by the thousands (again, more or less) and respawns every 15 minutes. They also drop new items, the Rata drops the Veteran's Hammer, while the Duneyrr drops the Veteran's Sword and Axe.

Also at that time, the Onwards to the New World quest was bugged. It is the quest which allows you enter the New World. Level-Up! tried to compensate for their short comings by summoning the new monsters on Prontera (like always. lol.) It's fixed right now btw!

It was like an epic battle between, humans vs titans or something like that @_@. Even without the effects, it looks awesome. They summoned Nidhoggur in the end of the event, it died a few minutes later because of the amount of biochemists present.

Back on the Yggdrasil quest...

Once that I did get in, and I was greeted by a heck load of Water Elementals and Ancient Trees. The constant Frost Drivers of the Water Elemental and the Ancient tree's damage that chews chunks off your HP bar really gets into your nerve.

Specially if you need to finish the quest which involves running around the mini mapless map, searching for monsters named Servant of Myrdhog X__x.

In the end, I died to Nidhoggur. I already anticipated the damage received from him, and how to avoid his attacks. But what I failed to anticipate was his mob...

(Clue: You can't hit and run with 4 fast moving monsters hitting you for 2k damage ea.)

But I guess it was okay, I did finish the quest. Maybe someday, I can convince some of my friends to do the "short" quest. (@_@) "The more the merrier!", I always say.

After that, I just went back to what I did best.

Me and my dad (Yes my dad plays RO, I think I explained it before@_@), frequent the maps of Splendide. We've gotten our share of rare items from the area, like Naga shields and Armors, Sprint Mails, Sprint Rings and such.

The map is really good for both exp and loots, if you wanna head down there then just give me a pm. I know the map like the back of my head (which I can't see).

When I saw ate Yam online, I invited her to go to the new maps of Manuk(It gets really lonely there sometimes. lol.). Here is a mob of Bradium Golems about to die from our awesome combo, Lexed Acid Bomb!

In the end we didn't get the Bradium shield we wanted, but we did get Lunakaligo. Two pieces in fact!

On other news, Just last week, Sunday(or was it Monday0_o), Level-Up! returned the Bossnia event. But it was only up till maintenance (wednesday). So meaning we only had a 2~3 days to abuse make the most out of it.

Apparently, they removed Baphomet from Bossnia(~_~). But they did put Nidhoggur in his place. I, with my friends Oni, Eriko, ate Pau and ate Yam were able to kill him there. But we didn't get anything. Ha ha ha ~_~.

This is a part by part screenshot of our failed Group shot. Someone was killing Ktullanux somewhere near us, and when we were about to count for the fade... the rest is up to your imagination. haha.

With had to kill it. It ruined the perfectly good screen shot that I was supposed to put at the end of this post. (lol) I didn't get to take much screen shots of Bossnia since we were to busy killing MVPs and stuff.

On a different topic...

Me and ate Pau have been hunting this guy for days now, it all started when... (to be continued)

and it finally arrived to...

Ignoring the awesome picture editing using Microsoft Paint, I finally got Kenji to 99! Solo leveling at Biolabs is just awesome, receiving about 100k exp per monster, amplified by the Advanced Field Manuals, it was a good time.

Then after a few days of leveling, I got him to level 80. After that, I was using my biochemist at that time to hunt in the Splendide maps. I saw a group of three, one paladin, one high priest, and a champion. They were hunting Tendrillion. I saw how they hunted him, and thought, "Why can't we do it?"

As you see in the screenshot above, we can and we did do it. Me and ate Pau hunted Tendrillion for almost a week now. I think I have about 40+pcs of the Tendrillion horns in the kafra haha @_@

The loots are fine, we've gotten 4 Tendrillrion Leather, 2 Death Guidance, and 1 Eraser staff.

It was a good time all in all, Kenji got more exp every time we killed it. Though sometimes killing Tendrillion eats more time because of certain obstacles, but it's all good.
