Welcome back to Kenji's Pad! Where updates are rarely seen. @_@.

Today's post has some of the stuff me and my friends at Bloodlust Scarlet have been doing last week.

We had a quick trip to Endless Tower, which is the best place to get exp. Though we are already lvl 150, our job levels got left behind (pRO Daily Quests give awesome base EXP and average Job EXP). So where else to go than Endless Tower, right?

We jumped straight to the 76th floor by using 3 Ashes of Darkness (You can get these every time you finish 25 floors at ET).

With our Genetic (Nayumi) and Warlock (Pau), I used my Sura and we started climbing up to the 90th floor. (Why not all the way up to 101? Because at the 95th floor, Beelzebub is there. Acid Bomb doesn't work on him)

85th Floor MVP - Ifrit
After Climbing 9 floors, we finally reached Ifrit! (We bumped into Fallen Bishop Hibram at the 80th floor, but I forgot to take screenies 0_o)

Ifrit is one of the few MVPs that give insane amounts of EXP.

But he won't give it up easilly. Having skills like Power Up, Twohand Quicken, and the dreaded Power Up, you better be ready!

The style we used here is kinda similar to Reflect MVPing in pre-Renewal. But we have a tank, so the MVP won't wander of somewhere.

The new buff to Steel Body really changed MVP tanking. With it, you can now tank Ifrit's Earthquake solo.

After a few minutes later...

Victory!~

Ifrit isn't as bad ass as he used to be if you have the right set-up, equips, and positioning. The loots were Hellfire and Spiritual Ring (No Ifrit Rings 0_o). Both are pretty common in our server.

90th Floor MVP - Valkyrie Randgris

After walking up 5 more floors filled with monsters like Dark Illusion, Chimeras, Sword Guardians, Kasa, Salamanders, and others that are in the league, we finally reached Valkyrie Randgris.

We used the same tactic on Valkyrie Randgris, but this time its a lot more difficult. Randgirs has the skill "Dispell" and it removes Steel Body. Recasting it takes about 2 seconds, which leaves me open for punishment. Sometimes you can recast it, sometimes you get killed.

After 1~2 wipes later, we managed to kill Randgris. Couldn't get the screen shot because I was too busy watching my HP bar @_@. We got Valkyrian Shoes & Mant. (Yey!)

Tetra Vortex PVP test

Ate Pau got a Job Level up on her Warlock, and now she has level 1 Tetra Vortex. That's me getting beaten up by Tetra Vortex level 1. (Wearing Alice Vshield & Deviant Muffler @_@)

- Vesper Hunt -

So after playing around in PVP (and getting Acid Bomb'd and Tetra Vortex'd at the same time), We went to Juperos to try out Vesper.

Unlike ordinary MVPs, Vesper has this mini quest you have to do everytime you face him. It involves fighting a lot of Robot monsters before getting inside the Juperos Core. I do find the quest cool in a way, because it is not poorly translated, and the place is just like a Sci-Fi movie.

After wave after wave after wave of ~~zombies~~ robots later, We finally got into the Juperos Core.

Vesper isn't really hard to find because he makes this distinct sound. And he's not exactly tiny, in fact, he's HUGE. And he has like.. 10~15 robots with him.

Yes, he isn't hard to find. =))

Because of Renewal, Vesper became a lot stronger. His critical strike hits me for about 22~25k, I think. So it's hard to tank him without Steel Body. Luckily though, he has quite a large amount of Vit. Acid Bomb work REALLY well with high vit MVPs. (164k Acid Bomb 0_o)

With the proper positioning and method of killing, Vesper soon fell. (Didn't catch screenie again 0_o)

Feeling a bit.. unsatisfied.. we continued MVP hunting!
